Where permitted by applicable law, Kenneth Van Camp and/or the applicable licensed brokerage may receive a referral fee or other lawful compensation in connection with the referral or resulting transaction.
A consumer is not required to retain, hire, or establish a brokerage relationship with any professional to whom the consumer is introduced or referred.
No Consumer Referral Charge
Unless expressly disclosed otherwise, consumers are not charged a referral fee by Kenneth Van Camp merely for submitting an inquiry through Zookana.com or being introduced or referred to a real estate professional.
Any commission, fee, compensation, representation arrangement, or other term associated with brokerage services ultimately provided to a consumer is determined through the applicable brokerage relationship and subject to the agreements and disclosures governing that relationship.

Consumers should independently evaluate a real estate professional before deciding whether to establish a brokerage or agency relationship.
Independence of Referred Real Estate Professionals

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Kenneth Van Camp does not control the day-to-day activities of an independently operated brokerage or real estate professional receiving a referral.
