Where permitted by applicable law, Kenneth Van Camp and/or the applicable licensed brokerage may receive a referral fee or other lawful compensation in connection with a referral or resulting transaction.
The possibility of referral compensation does not require the consumer to retain, hire, or establish a brokerage relationship with a professional to whom the consumer is introduced or referred.
Unless expressly disclosed otherwise, a consumer is not charged a referral fee by Kenneth Van Camp merely for submitting an inquiry through Zookana.com or receiving an introduction to another real estate professional.

Real estate professionals and brokerages receiving referrals are generally independently operated and responsible for their own conduct and services.
